轉工等於Jumpy?網民反駁:加薪追唔上通脹 轉工無可厚非

近年來,不少打工仔因薪酬增幅追不上通脹,選擇跳槽尋求更好的待遇。然而,有企業及人力資源(HR)從業員認為,頻繁轉職的求職者是「Jumpy」,暗示其工作穩定性低,可能影響聘用機會。近日,有網民在討論區「連登」發文質疑這種說法,指責企業無法留住人才才是問題根源,帖子隨即引發廣泛討論。

 

 

網民反駁:「肯請就證明有價值」


樓主在帖文中直言,公司薪酬增幅微乎其微,但生活開支隨年齡上升,轉工是合理選擇,「唔通犧牲自己,同你共渡時艱?」他強調,企業若能提供合理待遇及福利,員工自然不會輕易離職,「正正常常福利好、人工又OK,邊個會想走?」

 

不少網民認同樓主觀點,認為「Jumpy」一詞只是HR及招聘代理(Agent)用來壓低薪酬的藉口。有人反擊:「如果我哋唔Jumpy,你哋(HR)果行分分鐘冇得撈!」另有網民分享個人經驗,指自己每年轉工一次,每次薪酬增幅達20-30%,「Jump極都有人請,證明係你本事!」

 

企業應反思如何留住人才


有人認為,工作穩定性應取決於個人能力,而非轉工頻率,「只要你有本事,公司願意用更高人工請你,就證明你值得。」亦有網民質疑企業雙重標準,指自己在同一公司工作六年仍被問:「點解做咗六年都唔繼續做?」

 

隨著職場環境變化,跳槽已成為不少專業人士提升薪酬和職業發展的主要方式。部分企業開始調整策略,提高薪資及福利以留住人才,而求職者則需在穩定與發展之間找到平衡點。
